The furnished apartments are offered at the liberalised market and are rented for at least two months. The rental includes the gas, water and electricity supplies. Also cable TV, a parking lot, WiFi and service costs are included in the rental price.

Many of our tenants are foreign people working on projects in and around the region in need of  temporary housing. But also students, divorced people find here a temporary place to stay.
